About the event

The Beast and the Bethany: The Villain’s Showdown with author Jack Meggitt-Phillips

Monday 30th October 4 - 5:30 pm

Spiders the size of skyscrapers, robot clowns with breath worse than a manure factory, sinister sweet-makers who want to steal the world’s supply of chocolate – in this brand new workshop from Jack Meggitt-Phillips, the monstrously funny author of the internationally bestselling The Beast and the Bethany series, children of all ages will have a chance to create their own beastly villains using three simple ingredients.

The Villain’s Showdown is a highly interactive hour-long event, including puppetry, a Q&A, and readings from the internationally bestselling The Beast and the Bethany series. Best suited for ages 7-12, and there is no upper limit to the number of students who can take part in the workshop.

Jack’s new book is available to pre-order or to pick up at the event: https://nichecomicsbooks.co.uk/product/child-of-the-beast-book-4-by-jack-meggitt-phillips
